To pre-register please complete the forms and mail to the address on the Metrowest Registration Form (with $30 registration fee).
All checks are made payable to "Metrowest Juniors"

On site registration is also available (but not preferred).
If on site registration is used - complete the forms and bring to the tryout location. This will save you time on the day of the tryouts.
