Metrowest Juniors Volleyball Club

There are two steps to registering for club tryouts.

STEP 1:

Please complete the form and mail with a $30 registration fee
(PREFERABLY - two weeks prior to first tryout date) to:

All checks are made payable to "Metrowest Juniors"

Any form not "in hand" prior to the first tryout date is subject to the late fee

STEP 2:
On line registration for NERVA membership is required.

There are NO exceptions to this process.

Players must mail or bring a print out of the NERVA membership confirmation and medical release forms to the tryout or they will not be allowed to participate.

Go to www.nervajuniors.org and follow the instructions to online register.

HELPFUL HINTS: for NERVA registration

DO NOT PAY ANY NERVA FEES. The NERVA membership fee is covered by the Metrowest program fee.

Select FULL membership - Junior member

Select "Metrowest" as your club
(or "Undecided" if trying out for more than one club - this will need to be changed later to allow assignment to a specific club).

Have a parent available to confirm information. Electronic signature required.

Please mail the confirmation print out with your club registration form (see step #1) to complete pre-registration.

On site registration is available (but not preferred).
On site registration must have step #2 above completed.
Without the NERVA forms players will not be allowed to participate.
An additional late registration fee of $30 will be collected for on site registrations.
