Metrowest Juniors Volleyball Club

2009-2010 MEMBERSHIP FEES

Metrowest Locals 18's, 16's, 15's, & 14's (&13's)
$ 400.00 club fee
+ $ 30.00 tryout fee (non-refundable)
= total $ 430.00
Program includes a volleyball per selected club player.

Metrowest Locals 12's (&11's and younger)
$ 370.00 club fee
+ $ 30.00 tryout fee (non-refundable)
= total $ 400.00
12's use club "volleylite" volleyballs

Players are accepted from age 10 and up.

Club Fees Include:

· Tryouts, training & skills sessions, and competitions
· Membership in USA Volleyball (USAV)
· Membership in New England Region Volleyball Association (NERVA)
· Top USAV trained and certified coaches
· College referral assistance service
· Assistance with recruitment videos
· Contact with College Coaches
· Opportunity to travel and meet top players
· Tournament entry fees (4 dates)
· New England Region Championship Tournament entry fee (1 date)
· Lodging for travel teams
· Club Uniform (shirt, short and hooded sweatshirt)
· Practice and tournament site rentals & custodial fees
· Secondary medical and liability insurance
· Nominal Coaches stipends
· Club Administrative costs
· High Quality Indoor Competition Volleyball
(except for 12 & unders -teams use club's volleylites)


All program expenses for the Clubs teams are due in full on the final tryout date. Payment schedules are available and should be discussed privately with the Club Director.

A late fee of an additional $30 will be added to the total cost for any player registering on site. NERVA online registration must be complete prior to tryouts - NERVA form should be printed and mailed with Metrowest registration form prior to tryouts. If both forms are not received prior to tryouts the application will be considered late and the fee applied.
The Travel team program expenses are due on a pre-determined scheduled payment plan according to the financial agreement provided to each player’s parents. $350 payment is due on final tryout date for commitment to travel team (non-refundable). Further payments will be divided equally; due in Jan, Feb, and March.

Metrowest Travel Team Options:

Cost and length of program vary, according to specific team level participation and selection of schedule (option programs).

Options will be provided to the selected team members parents and they will vote on which option to select to determine the cost of the program for that particular team, for that season. The approximate costs will fall between the following range:

OPEN DIVISION LEVEL options:
Option A: Base/Open Division $ 530.00
Option B: Base/Winterfest $ 600.00
Option C: Base/Open Div/Winterfest $ 700.00
Option D: Base/Winterfest/Albany $ 850
Option E:Base/Open Div/Winterfest/Albany $ 950


Post Season Option $ 500.00 - 1000.00 in addition to selected option above

· Winterfest Invitational Tournament - over night trip (3 day MLK weekend)

IN REGION/OPEN OPTION C:
· Base Plan (shown above) plus
· OPEN DIVISION LEVEL (Qualifier & tournaments)
· Winterfest Invitational Tournament - over night trip (3 day MLK weekend)

IN/OUT OF REGION OPTION D:
· Base Plan (shown above) plus
· 2 day Invitational Tournament - out of Region (Albany, NY)
· Winterfest Invitational Tournament - over night trip (3 day MLK weekend)

IN/OUT OF REGION W/OPEN OPTION E:
· Travel Team Base Plan (shown above) plus
· Open Division Qualifier and 4 NERVA Tournaments
· 2 day Invitational Tournament - out of Region (Albany, NY)
· Winterfest Invitational Tournament - over night trip (3 day MLK weekend)

POST SEASON OPTION: - teams can select one or more locations:
· East Coast Championships - 3 days
· USAV Girl's Junior National Championships - 7 days - location varies
· AAU Championships - 7 days - Orlando, Florida
· Davis Invitational - 7 days

The price of each post season tournament ranges from $500 to $1000 per player, per tournament. Prices will be determined by club if and when selected by team's parents.

Individual and Team fundraising program ideas are available from the club administrators. Execution of such fundraising is expected by players and parents (and is optional).

PLEASE NOTE that all prices and travel details for Open Division and travel teams are outlined in a financial agreement between the players parents and the club.
