THE COACHES
Top level coaching and training will be provided by
our experienced coaches. Our entire coaching staff has been trained
and certified by the USA Volleyball Coaching Accreditation Program
(CAP) at various levels, and through the Increased Mastery and Professional Application of Coaching Theory (IMPACT) courses.
In addition, these coaches bring many years
of college and high school coaching experience, enhanced by the fact
that most are past collegiate or current Yankee (adult level volleyball in New England) volleyball players
themselves.
All coaches have had mandatory background checks (CORI) to comply with USA Volleyball National rules.

Cynthia Souza
As Founder and Director of the Metrowest Junior Volleyball Club, she has experienced many
successes since 1987. The program has grown due to an excellent
reputation for skills development, team building, winning, and exceptional
organization. With a strong volleyball background Cynthia has worked
to build the program into a professional resource for young female athletes.
